Remote Video Visitation

Highland County offers The Visitor™ video visitation system which allows friends, family members, and professionals the control to schedule and conduct video visits at a time convenient for them and avoid wasting time waiting in long lines or traveling to the facility.

Video visitation replaces traditional face to face visits or visitation telephones through a glass partition with video visitation and are conducted with the inmate never having to leave their housing unit while the visitor can visit with an inmate from anywhere that has an internet connection.

Visitation privileges are available to all inmates.

Visitation privileges may be restricted due to the misbehavior of the inmate or visitor or for the security of the detention center.

All visits are video only and are recorded.

VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Family and friends must sign up at https://www.icsolutions.com.

Visitors wishing to participate in visiting with an inmate are required to download and test the visitation application from their Windows computer, Android or iOS device (iPhone or iPad) before they will be able to schedule a visitation.

The visitor can choose to visit from a computer or alternatively from any android device by downloading The Visitor™ android app,

ICS MOBILE from the Google Play store or any iOS device by downloading the iOS app, ICS MOBILE from the Apple Store by searching ICSolutions.

OFFSITE visitation is fee-based and the cost will vary by facility. Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.

Phone Services

The Prepaid Account provides you an option to continue to accept an inmate’s calls when:

  • Your phone is a cell phone
  • Your local telephone company does not offer billing of collect calls
  • Your phone number has exceeded its allowed spending limit for collect calls

You can easily create a free Prepaid Account and purchase prepaid phone services in three ways:

1) Order Online: The fastest and easiest way to set up an account and purchase prepaid phone services is our Online Payment Processing Service. This service allows you to conveniently purchase prepaid phone services using a credit or debit card. As soon as your payment is completed, the inmate will be able to make phone calls to your designated telephone number.

2) By Phone: Call toll free 1.888.506.8407 where you will speak with one of our bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Care Representatives which are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer your questions and process your purchase.

3) By Mail: To purchase prepaid phone services for a Prepaid Account using a cashier's check or money order, please mail to:

When purchasing prepaid phone services through a mail-in purchase, please be sure to include with your payment, your name, address and the designated telephone number you wish to receive calls from.

Please note: Prepaid Account phone services expire 6 months from the date of your last purchase to the account, unless otherwise required by state law. You may request a refund for unexpired prepaid phone services remaining.
