VINE

VINE, which stands for Victim Information and Notification Everyday, allows crime victims across the country to obtain timely and reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders, 24 hours a day, over the telephone, through the web, or by email.

The Highland County Sheriff's Office participates in the VINE system.  All inmate bookings and releases are sent to the VINE computer every 15 minutes, therefore providing timely and important notification to victims upon the release of an inmate.
