W. Haynie, age 40 of Hillsboro, Ohio was apprehended and charged
with domestic violence.

initiated on the report of a burglary in the 6000 block of US 50,
Hillsboro, Ohio. This offense remains under investigation.
At 9:20 PM Tony Michael,
age 37 of Hillsboro, Ohio was northbound on St Rt 247 when a deer
ran into his lane of travel causing him to strike the deer. Michael's
1995 Chevy sustained functional damage. No injuries were reported
and no citations were issued.

Robert Brannon, age 38 of Orgonia, Ohio, was charged with domestic
violence and assault. Martin Alfieri , age 36 and Deanna Alfieri,
age 33 of Amelia, Ohio, were charged with assault.

36 of Proctorville, Ohio was apprehended and charged with domestic
violence.

At 6:02 AM Reyna Zornes
age 20 of Hillsboro, Ohio was southbound on St Rt 247 when she ran
off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch. Zornes' 1997
Mitsubishi sustained non-functional damage. No injuries were reported.
Zornes' was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.

initiated on the report of criminal trespassing in the 6700 block
of Heathermoor Trail, Hillsboro, Ohio. This offense remains under
investigation.
An investigation was
initiated on the report of a domestic dispute in the 6500 block
of McCoppin Mill Road, Hillsboro, Ohio. Upon further investigation,
Earl W. Elliot age 30 of Hillsboro, Ohio was charged with domestic
violence.

Miller Lane, Leesburg, Ohio. Upon further investigation, Lloyd Hupp
age 20 of Leesburg, Ohio was apprehended and charged with domestic
violence.

At 6:40 AM Matthew Wells,
age 20 of Mowrystown, Ohio was northbound on St Rt 72 when he ran
off the right side of the roadway to avoid a southbound vehicle.
Well's overcorrected, going off the left side of the roadway striking
a guardrail before coming to a stop. Well's 2001 Ford sustained
functional damage. No injuries were reported and no citations were
issued.

At 12:30 AM James Gillespie,
age 57 of Seaman, Ohio was westbound on Fairridge Road, when a deer
ran into the path of Gillespie's vehicle. Gillespie swerved to miss
the deer and ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a
ditch. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

initiated on the report of a theft in the 5000 block of St Rt 124,
Lynchburg, Ohio. This offense remains under investigation.

Gilletly, age 23 of Hillsboro, Ohio was southbound on St Rt 771
when she swerved right to avoid hitting a deer in the roadway. Gilletly
went off the roadway into the ditch striking two mailboxes. Gilletly's
1998 Ford sustained non-functional damage. No injuries were reported
and no citations were issued.

age 41 of Hillsboro, Ohio was eastbound on New Market Road when
a deer ran into his lane of travel causing him to strike the deer.
Aber's 1973 Ford sustained disabling damage. No injuries were reported
and no citations were issued.

Jordan, age 61 of Hillsboro, Ohio was apprehended and charged with
aggravated menacing.

S. Myers, age 41 of Hillsboro, Ohio, was apprehended and charged

At 3:16 PM Rebecca Hurst,
age 36 of Hillsboro, Ohio was stopped in traffic on US 62 preparing
to turn right when Jessica Butler, age 19 of Leesburg, Ohio failed
to see her stopped and struck the rear of her vehicle. Hurst's 1993
Ford sustained functional damage. Butler's 1990 Honda sustained
disabling damage. No injuries were reported. Butler was issued a
citation for assured clear distance ahead.

At 5:45 AM Christina
Ball, age 38 of Washington CH, Ohio was southbound on US 62 when
a deer ran into her lane of travel causing her to strike the deer.
Ball's 1995 Mercury sustained functional damage. No injuries were
reported and no citations were issued.
An investigation was
initiated on the report of trespassing in the 7400 block of New
Market Road, Hillsboro, Ohio. This offense remains under investigation.
An investigation was
initiated on the report of a theft in the 11,000 block of Child
Street, Greenfield, Ohio. This offense remains under investigation.
At 12:12 PM Willard
Parr, age 77 of Hillsboro, Ohio and Carrie Bruan, age 44 of Hillsboro,
Ohio were northbound on St Rt 247 when Parr failed to see the Bruan
vehicle reducing speed and struck the rear of the Bruan vehicle.
The 2000 Chevy that Parr was driving sustained disabling damage.
Bruan's 1997 Oldsmobile sustained disabling damage. No injuries
were reported. Parr was issued a citation for assured clear distance
ahead.

age 70 of Fairborn, Ohio was southbound on St Rt 73 when she lost
control, traveled off the right side of the roadway across West
Welcome Road and struck a vehicle parked in a private drive. Kitchen's
2000 Toyota sustained severe damage. The 1999 Ford that was struck
sustained non-functional damage. No injuries were reported and no
citations were issued.
