To make a public records request, it must be submitted to the Records Division. They are open Monday – Friday, 8 am-4 pm. Requests may be sent via fax or by mail. If you would like your request mailed to you, please be sure you send a self-addressed stamped envelope. Reports can also be picked up in person by stopping by the office during business hours. If you are requesting multiple reports, or reports that are more than a year old, please call ahead. Otherwise, you may be asked to come back at a different time or date in order to give the deputies time to fulfill your request.
